Sandra travels internationally teaching as a Guest Artist for Matrix Essentials. She has represented Matrix in their National Color Tour across America and teaches at the Matrix Global Academy in New York City. Matrix has awarded her their most prestigous award "Matrix Guest Artist of the Year".

Donna has been selected for the Women of Achievement Award in the area of business management.
