Scott Talbot Salonspa is a full service, progressive salon and day spa providing quality hair, skin, nail and body services.

Scott Talbot Salonspa has been developed from a name Canton and Akron has been familiar with for over 34 years, Gary’s Place Salons, founded by Gary Gerber in 1975.
In 1999, Jeff and Susan Scott and Shelly Talbot purchased the salon chain from Gary Gerber and over the next few years, transformed the business model into the Grand Salonspas and Protégé salon you can enjoy today.

Gary’s Place Salon is now a salon that houses our developing stylists and provides you with an option that is priced lower than our two grand Salonspas. The same great products and most services are offered at Gary’s Place Salon that you would expect at Scott Talbot Salonspa. These protégés are developing their skills and are working to get an invitation to practice at our Scott Talbot Salonspa locations. Gary’s Place Salon is located at 4345 W.Tuscarawas St. in Canton.
On-going educational training is a cornerstone to the many years of success that our Salonspas enjoy.

Expert hair coloring, cutting, texture services and special occasion styling, experienced nail artists and spa technicians are what you can expect when visiting as a guest. Our spa is warm inviting and the services are designed to relax and renew you.
Simply, our goal is to exceed your expectations with top-notch technical expertise, fantastic surroundings and great guest service. We want you to be a part of our family of salons for years to come.

Our community is very important to us and we contribute not only financially, but with our personal time to many community projects as well as groups supporting various charities.
Scott Talbot Salonspa focuses on Camp Quality Ohio, a camp designed for children with cancer through time at the camp, offering hair and spa services for a mid-week dance that takes place annually as well as holding a benefit in the spring to raise funds to continue the great work that the camp provides.
